The services offered are wellness and relaxation massages. They are neither physiotherapy nor a medical or paramedical practice, and never constitute treatment, diagnosis or medical care.

General terms of service

Booking a slot implies acceptance of these terms.

Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time may be charged. If the client arrives late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time.

Payment is due at the end of the session, in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or to end a session in the event of an observed contraindication, a lapse in hygiene, or any request or behaviour of a sexual nature. In the latter case, the session remains payable in full.

The client undertakes to disclose any health condition, ongoing treatment or pregnancy at the time of booking.

Personal data

This site collects no personal data and sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no third-party tracking service. Fonts are hosted on the site's own server: no request is made to a third-party service when you visit.

Data you provide when booking is processed by Google Calendar, whose privacy policy applies. It is used solely to arrange the appointment and is never passed on for commercial purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have a right to access, correct and delete data concerning you. Simply write to contact@lesgantsdevelours.fr.
